A look inside a scam gadget purchased on eBay

The delightful Big Clive, crap gadget debunker extraordinaire, bought what he thought was an ozone sterilizer on eBay. When the package arrived, one side of the box said it was an ultrasonic insect repeller, and the other side of the box said it was some kind of UV sterilizer. He opened it up to look inside, and it turned out to be neither a UV sterilizer nor a functional insect repeller.
